What: All About Kids Productions -- A high energy, Bible centered, performing arts day camp for children completing grades 1-6
 
When: June 4 - August 9, 2008
 
Positions Available: Team Leaders, Artistic Leads, Production Team Members

Skills Needed: Music, Theatre, Dance, Photography, or Technical

Location: Lamplight Artists is based near Frederick, Maryland.  Three teams will travel in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Louisiana.

Compensation: Training, housing, meals, travel between camps, and a small stipend at the end of the summer.  Additional support funds can be raised by team members.  Fund raising guidance will be provided. Internships are educational and ministry experience focused.  College credit may be applicable.
Qualifications:  Interns must be maturing Christians, actively involved in a local church. They must be self-directed, have problem solving capabilities, and be team oriented. They must maintain personal discipline, dedication, and a positive attitude.

Team Leader: The Team Leader will provide spiritual leadership and oversight for the team, travel and team management, and will be the primary contact for the host church staff.

1. Professional or seminary/gaduate student with pastoral and music, theatre, arts, or religious education background
2. Must be able to engender confidence in others
3. Must have good organizational skills
4. Experience working with elementary school students a plus

Artistic Lead: The Artistic Lead will oversee all aspects of performance training and final production on a weekly basis.

1. Professional, graduate student, or college senior with experience in music education, theatre, or musical/theatre
2. Experience as a performer
3. Directing experience a plus
4. Experience working with elementary school students a plus

Production Team Member:
Team members will be responsible for co-leading specific disciplines and assisting in all aspects of the weekly camp.

1. College students (incoming freshmen welcome) or professionals
2. Experience and/or training in�the arts or tech field
3. Current student in performance art education a plus
4. Experience working with elementary school students a plus
